Meet Aglaonema Red Stardust
A vibrant tropical houseplant featuring cherry-to-crimson leaves scattered with fine green and silver flecks—like stardust across a night sky. In bright, filtered light, Red Stardust intensifies in color while staying compact and neatly symmetrical, perfect for desks, consoles, and cozy reading corners.
Key Highlights
- Botanical name: Aglaonema ‘Red Stardust’
- Growth habit: Self-heading clump; naturally tidy and compact
- Leaf features: Ruby lamina with green/silver speckles, slender emerald margins, light gloss
- Mature size: 35–55 cm (14–22 in) indoors
- Light: Bright, indirect; tolerates medium light with softer tones
- Pets: Keep out of reach
Why You’ll Love It
- Refined red palette with sparkling speckles—eye-catching without feeling loud.
- Color holds well with steady routines and gentle feeding.
- Effortless to style as a single statement or a warm anchor in mixed aroid groupings.
Care Made Simple
- Water: Let the top 2–3 cm (¾–1 in) of mix dry; avoid waterlogged media.
- Humidity & Temp: 50–70% RH; 18–29 °C (65–85 °F).
- Substrate: Airy aroid blend—bark, perlite/pumice, coco, plus a touch of sphagnum for buffering.
- Feeding: Light, balanced fertilizer at ¼–½ strength during active growth.
- Light Notes: Shield from harsh midday sun to preserve the red tones and prevent scorch.
Aftercare on Arrival
- Unbox promptly, water lightly, and place in bright, filtered light.
- Delay repotting for 2–3 weeks so roots can settle unless urgent.
